About Us
Living Culture is Australasia's leading outdoor living and shade supplier. We bring premium designs and great service to customers across New Zealand and Australia.
Designed for Outdoor Living
Built for Timeless Moments
We design with purpose and detail. Our awnings use solution-dyed acrylic fabrics that stay vibrant under harsh sun. Our pergolas feature reinforced beams, watertight seals with premium gaskets, and solid 2mm polycarbonate panels—strong, clear, and built to last.
We’ve fine-tuned our louvre systems for better water resistance, chosen Sunbrella fabrics for durable comfort, and source sustainably grown Indonesian teak for our timber pieces. Everything is designed to handle weather, wear, and years of use.
By working directly with manufacturers, we cut out the middlemen and keep the focus on quality—without pushing up the price.
We Stand Behind It
Our shade structures come with warranties of up to 10 years. Other products include at least 12 months of cover. Each item is carefully checked before it leaves the warehouse.

Perfect
This is an awesome product. Recently got too carried away with tree removal which resulted in neighbours sooo close! This was so reasonably priced I truly thought it would be a flimsy piece of equipment! Especially since I needed the 4m span model! It’s far from it. It’s really robust and the installation was easy. We did opt to get stronger bolts through the deck but that was all! No wrinkles, no saggy bits, it’s a bloody delight! I love it and cannot believe how reasonably priced this is . Don’t hesitate on this product it’s awesome. It arrived into Marlborough two days after ordering it which was incredible . Absolutely stoked with it and would recommend it, and the service is amazing .
Sleek and beautiful,,, and fast delivery and very good customer service.. Quality wise its good too with reasonable prices... The CHC sales man is an asset to the company accommodating and good customer service..
Great trundler and great value - very easy to put up and use
Great chairs and swift delivery - many thanks.
Great purchase
Necessary because of bird flu, the quality is okay for the price you pay. The frame was straightforward enough to put together, the wiring took longer but I chose to do it properly. The internal chicken tractor is not part of the product.
Aegis Walk-In Chicken Coop Run with UV Cover - 300x600x200cm
Such a fun grill to use with friends around a table 🥰
Works well. Chickens love it.
Aegis Walk-In Chicken Coop Run with 2 UV Covers - 300x800x200cm
After reading heaps of reviews and looking through customers' photos, I decided to order one blind. I then realised I'd have to collect it, so I ordered a second. By the time I'd installed those two, I was so impressed that I went back and ordered another two! These blinds are fantastic. They've made a huge difference by reducing the sea breeze we get the water and giving us much better privacy from the neighbours. Installation was incredibly easy, even I could do it, and they feel like excellent quality. Considering the price, they're outstanding value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. 👍
Not quite enough mesh to finish it, but easy to put together
Aegis Walk-In Chicken Coop Run with 2 UV Covers - 300x800x200cm
Excellent service Fast delivery Easy to put together Can’t wait to smoke my fish
Awesome smoker, used more fuel than a smoky mountain but did an excellent job
I absolutely love this firepit. It's easy to use and throws out a lot of heat. The quality is really good. I highly recommend this product.
Amazing service, the fire pit arrived very quickly and the guys that delivered were friendly and professional and wheeled it round the back for me. I like that there was no packaging to get rid of. It is sturdy and well made and already starting to develop the red patina!
Great to use
Adjustable Deck Jack / Pedestal Support 24-35mm – 50 mm Joist Compatible
We love it, thank you
Amazing 🥰
We are in love with this!! The front of our house is so openly visible to the whole street and so we desperately needed something that will give us some privacy - apart from putting fences up. This was just the perfect solution for us 🥰 It's also sturdy, solid, and great quality!
This is my second phurchase for whelping boxes , they work perfectly 👌 would be great if they came in a higher height for when they puppies get older.
Loggia furniture needed cushions. Wanted the furniture cushions to be also used to raise the chair height at the loggia dining table for the grandchildren. Acrylic fabric should mean children’s spills can be wiped from the cushions. Cushions are a perfect colour way for the loggia furniture.,
Love this . Perfect size for 65 inch TV. Was half price and came within a couple of days from ordering. Didn't have any instructions but emailed and got a reply with instructions within 5 min
Awesome whelping boxes ! Perfect size for a medium dog and easy to keep clean ,light and easy to move and put together.
Modular Raised Garden Bed With Grow Grid With split grid bar 115 X 115 X 33cm
Great product, perfect for the caravan, great price. Perfect!
It arrived in one peice and on time. Was easy to assemble and looks good assembled. We are pleased with it. When I finish paving an area in the garden it will have a permanent home.
Arrived promptly even before the estimated arrival time. We love it! It could do with more lava rocks which aren't so easy to source. We'll order some more probably online. Gives off plenty of heat. Very happy with the purchase.
Great product. Reasonable easy to erect. Good materials
Aegis Walk-In Chicken Coop Run with UV Cover - 300x600x200cm
Exactly as I wanted!
Thanks for the great looking table. Feels like good value to me. Fits our space perfectly and I like the colour so much I’m going to stain it rather than let it age. It’s very solid and robust so I don’t imagine I’ll be needing to buy another one this lifetime
I bought 2 canopies and one of them had been opened and looked partially used but great customer service they shipped a brand new one to me from Christchurch. The 2 meter canopies are made up of 2 x 1 meter panels and are quite difficult to assemble together either prior to mounting or after but we got there in the end and they do look great once installed.
We really love this Hibachi Grill! The quality is excellent and I feel it will last. The only disappointment is that its not as big as we hoped. I wish Living Culture would have the option to purchase a larger grill as we would definitely purchase that option. Would recommend this product.
A great windbreaker at a good price!
Just what I needed for the corner of our deck
Exactly what was featured on the Website
Sturdy and wide enough to properly protect the doors and provide good shelter. Polycarbonate is strong and clear and the plastic structural siide brackets are perfectly fine and look good.. Recommend
Great value and very comfortable
Great customer experience and once it arrived it was easy for my wife and I to construct over a weekend. Really happy with the product.
Our teachers and tamariki use the fire pits for outdoor education and it's been such an easy way for our children to learn to cook outside of the classroom.
Excellent. Was a easy installation an looks great. A little floppy on the top side.may need a support.will see .but all good.
