Pickup Details:

• How It Works: Select “Pickup” at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
• Pickup Location: Pilkington Park, Unit 4, 167 Pilkington Road, Point England.
• Pickup Hours:
  Tuesday to Friday: 10am - 3pm
  Saturday: 9am - 2pm
  Closed on public holidays.

Important Info:

• Collection Deadline: Collect within 14 days of receiving your confirmation email. After this, availability is not guaranteed.
• Late Collections: If you’re late, we’ll try to fulfil your order. Out-of-stock items may be refunded or shipped later.
• Bring: Order confirmation and a valid photo ID (e.g., Driver’s Licence, Passport).
