Warranty Information

We’re proud of the quality of our outdoor living products — and we stand behind every piece we make. Because each category uses different materials and technology, warranty periods vary by product type and collection. You’ll find all the details below.

Our promise to you

We design our products with care, test them thoroughly, and work closely with our makers to ensure they’re fit for real life outdoors. While issues are rare, we don’t pretend they never happen. If something goes wrong, our warranties are here to protect you and your consumer rights.

Helpful Tips

Please keep your receipt or order confirmation email. It helps us find your order quickly—especially if you purchased through a showroom or partner store.

How Our Warranty Works

  • We may ask for clear photos or a short video to understand the issue properly.
  • Where possible, we’ll arrange a repair before considering a replacement.
  • If the same model isn’t available, we may offer a comparable replacement or a partial refund based on the remaining warranty period.
  • If the remaining warranty is less than 12 months, we may offer a refund instead of a replacement (calculated as a percentage of the time left).
  • We may ask how the product was used/cared for to confirm if it’s a manufacturing fault.
  • Warranties apply to residential use for the original purchaser and begin on the delivery date. They cover orders delivered within NZ.
  • Warranties don’t cover commercial use or complimentary/free items.
  • Damage caused by extreme weather or force majeure events isn’t covered.

What’s Not Covered

  • Items that have been modified or repaired by non-authorised parties.
  • Accidental damage, neglect, or not following the care/safety guide. (We’ll still try to help with paid repair options if we can.)
  • Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, scuffs, softening of cushions).
  • Glass breakage from accidental impact.
  • Cushion details such as zips and loose filling after extended use.
  • Minor colour/texture variations within manufacturing tolerances.
  • Heat/magnification damage (e.g., from reflective surfaces or intense localised heat).
  • Ex-display items sold “as seen.”
  • Any free covers or promotional gifts.
