  • Nationwide Service: We proudly ship to all regions across New Zealand, including both the North Island and South Island.
  • Special Arrangements: For remote or unique delivery locations, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange a custom shipping solution tailored to your needs.

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Standard Processing: In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Note for Larger Items: For particularly large or heavy items (such as outdoor furniture, pergolas, or carports), processing may take a bit longer. Please check individual product pages for any product-specific details.

Shipping Time Estimates

  • North Island (In-stock Items): Estimated 5–7 business days.
  • South Island (In-stock Items): Estimated 5–14 business days.
  • Pre-Order/Backorder Items: Estimated delivery timelines are provided on the individual product pages, so please review these details when ordering.

Delivery Services & Support

  • Standard Delivery:
    • Your order will be delivered by one professional delivery person to your front door or garage.
    • Extra Assistance: If you require help with heavy or bulky items, you can arrange for an additional delivery person (additional fee applies).
  • Special Handling for Large Items:
    • In certain North Island areas, exceptionally heavy or oversized items are delivered using our dedicated drivers and trucks.
    • For South Island deliveries, our trusted logistics partners ensure your items are handled with care all the way to your door.

Heavy Items & Assembly

  • Unloading Assistance: For large or heavy items, please ensure someone is available at delivery to help with unloading.
  • Self-Assembly: Most of our products are designed for self-assembly.
  • Optional Assembly Services: Assembly services are available for select items (such as pergolas, carports, awnings, and patio covers). Contact us to arrange this service (fee applies).

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are determined by several factors:

  • Order Volume: Costs are calculated based on the total order volume (in cubic meters).
  • Additional Services: Extra services such as additional staff assistance or handling items on stairs may incur extra fees.
