Generally all products at Living Culture have at least a 12 month warranty. You can check the warranty information of each item in the product description. Contact us within the warranty period if you encounter any problems associated with the product.
Living Culture will replace your product if it is found to be “dead on arrival” (DOA) at our cost.
If you change your mind after the payment is confirmed, we will issue a store credit (lessany shipping and handling fees) and the item can be returned to us at your cost. Items must be returned in "as new" condition with all packaging and accessories (including manuals).
If your item is faulty, please contact us within the warrant period and we will assess your claim on a case-by-case basis and offer a replacement, full refund or store credit.

Design & Customisation
Standard frame colours include dark grey and classic white.
For products Olympus Glasshouse, Olympus Victoria Glasshouse, and Olympus Terra Glasshouse, the colours they can customize are RAL6009 green, RAL9005TCM black gauze, and RAL6013 reed green.
For products Olympus Lumen Glasshouse and Olympus Solace Glasshouse, they can only be made in the standard colours RAL9010 white & DC387 dark gray, and cannot be customized.
Yes. Optional motorised roof and side shades, as well as curtain systems, are available to enhance comfort and privacy. These upgrades are customisable in style and colour—please enquire for current options.
Installation & Site Preparation
Yes. Olympus is DIY-friendly with precision-fit parts and easy-to-follow instructions. However, for the best result, we recommend using our approved installers.
Yes. We have a trusted network of experienced installers across New Zealand who can assist with complete setup.
A level concrete slab is ideal. For sloped sites, a stable raised platform or reinforced deck must be constructed to ensure long-term stability.
Your sunroom arrives in custom wooden crates—separately packed for aluminium frames, glass panels, and accessories—to ensure everything arrives safe and ready for assembly.
Cost & Value
Yes. Items like base construction, council permits, plumbing, and electrical work are not included in the standard quote and are the homeowner’s responsibility. We’re happy to offer guidance on typical requirements for your site.
