At checkout, select Pickup as your shipping method. Our team will contact you once your goods are ready. Pickup is only available at our warehouse in Point England (near Panmure).

Returns

We will provide a full refund (including shipping) if:
- The faulty item is found to be defective and we are unable to fix or replace it
- The item was incorrectly described in website listing

We stand behind the quality of our products. Most items include at least a 12-month warranty, with extended coverage on many collections.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it at no cost.

If a problem arises during the warranty period, we’ll assess it and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
