Although our retractable awnings are robust in construction and materials, they are not intended to be left open at all times. As with any outdoor awning of any brand, we also highly recommend not to leave your open awning unattended and advise to always close the awning when rain, snow, hail or wind is in the forecast.
Our retractable awnings provide 50km/h wind resistant. Retractable awnings offer sun protection but should be retracted in windy conditions or when the area isn’t in use.
Our 100% Solution Dyed Acrylic Fabrics are designed to provide the homeowner with years of solar protection against rot, mildew and excessive fading. Our Fuji Manual Retractable Awnings & Etna Half Cassette Retractable Awnings provide minimum 5-year fade resistant. Our Rainier Full Cassette Retractable Awnings provide minimum 10-year fade resistant.
Never fold your awning when it’s wet, as this increases the risk of mold and mildew forming on the fabric.
5-Year warranty on the frame and electric motors(if apply).
It is generally suggested to motorize if the awning is 5x3m or greater or if there are any physical limitations. Manual operated are suggested for 4x2.5m and under but its a personal choice. Whatever you choose you can be sure that our operating mechanisms will provide years of trouble free use.
