The solution-dyed acrylic canopy helps resist fading and mildew while providing UPF 50+ sun protection. When it’s time for a new look, the canopy fabric can be replaced with another colour without replacing the entire awning frame.

The frame is covered by a 5-year warranty, and the solution-dyed acrylic fabric is covered for 5 years against fading.

We stand behind the quality of our products. Most items include at least a 12-month warranty, with extended coverage on many collections.

For maximum protection, we recommend retracting the awning whenever strong winds or severe weather are forecast.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it at no cost.

If a problem arises during the warranty period, we’ll assess it and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

How to Clean Your Retractable Awning

Simple steps to keep your awning clean and well-maintained.

1. Extend & Remove Debris
Fully extend the awning and remove loose dirt, leaves and debris with a soft brush or vacuum.

2. Wash Gently
Use mild, pH-neutral soap with cold or lukewarm water. Clean gently with a soft brush or sponge.

3. Rinse & Air Dry
Rinse thoroughly with a gentle garden hose spray. Let the fabric dry completely before retracting.

Never retract while damp
Avoid harsh chemicals
Do not use hot water
Do not use high-pressure water or a pressure washer
