We stand behind the quality of our products. Most items include at least a 12-month warranty, with extended coverage on many collections.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it at no cost.

If a problem arises during the warranty period, we’ll assess it and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Batyline mesh is a high-quality synthetic fabric widely used in outdoor furniture due to its exceptional durability, UV resistance, and anti-mildew properties. To ensure your Batyline mesh products remain in optimal condition, please follow these care and maintenance guidelines:​

1. Regular Cleaning:

Use a soft-bristle brush or vacuum cleaner to gently remove surface dust and debris.​

2. Mild Washing:

Prepare a cleaning solution by mixing warm water with a mild, natural soap, such as liquid dish detergent

Dip a soft-bristle brush or sponge into the solution and gently clean the mesh surface using circular motions

3. Thorough Rinsing:

Rinse the mesh thoroughly with clean water to remove all soap residues.​

4. Air Drying:

Allow the mesh to air dry in a well-ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight to prevent potential material degradation.​

5. Preventing Mildew:

Although Batyline mesh is treated to resist mildew, ensure the material is completely dry before use or storage, especially in high-humidity environments, to further prevent mildew growth.​

6. Avoiding Improper Cleaners:

Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the mesh's surface and integrity. ​

7. Regular Inspection:

Periodically inspect the mesh for signs of damage or wear, and address any issues promptly to prevent further deterioration.​
