Generally all products at Living Culture have at least a 12 month warranty. You can check the warranty information of each item in the product description. Contact us within the warranty period if you encounter any problems associated with the product.

Living Culture will replace your product if it is found to be “dead on arrival” (DOA) at our cost.

If you change your mind after the payment is confirmed, we will issue a store credit (lessany shipping and handling fees) and the item can be returned to us at your cost. Items must be returned in "as new" condition with all packaging and accessories (including manuals).

If your item is faulty, please contact us within the warrant period and we will assess your claim on a case-by-case basis and offer a replacement, full refund or store credit.

Quick Dry Foam is a reticulated (open-cell) foam material engineered for superior water drainage, durability, and comfort. It features a built-in fungicidal additive that inhibits the growth of mold and mildew, preventing stains and odors.​

Care and Maintenance:

1. Regular Cleaning:

Vacuum the foam periodically to remove dust and debris.​

2. Cleaning:

For minor stains, use a mild detergent mixed with water. Apply the solution with a soft cloth, gently blotting the affected area. Avoid harsh chemicals to prevent damage.​


3. Drying:

After exposure to moisture, position the cushions to allow water to drain and air to circulate freely. Ensure both sides dry completely before use.

4. Storage:

During prolonged periods of non-use or extreme weather conditions, store cushions in a dry, ventilated area to prolong their lifespan.​

By adhering to these care guidelines, you can maintain the quality and comfort of your Quick Dry Foam cushions for years to come.​
