Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Pickup Location: Pilkington Park, Unit 4, 167 Pilkington Road, Point England.
Pickup Hours: 10am to 3pm (Tue-Fri, Sun) except public holidays.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it at no cost.
