Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover changes, fading or damage caused by extreme weather conditions (including severely heavy rain or wind, heat from BBQs and heaters). The warranty also does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident or negligence. Installation instructions MUST be followed closely as damage caused by not following the instructions voids your warranty.

Warranty covers domestic use only and excludes commercial use.

The water-resistance of Living Culture Pergolas varies between models. For our strongest models, like the Tasman and Matiatia, they are designed to be waterproof and can withstand extreme weather conditions. When the louvers are in a closed position, the rainwater is efficiently channelled away through the built-in high-volume gutter and downspouts, ensuring no leakage.

For our other models, while they might not be completely waterproof, they are designed to effectively divert rainfall. This guarantees a dry and comfortable space beneath the pergola even during rainy weather.
