The frame is made from Akzo powder-coated 6063-T5 aluminium, designed for long-term durability in New Zealand conditions. German-designed Bayer® 2 mm polycarbonate roof panels with double-sided UV coating offer high impact resistance and block up to 99% of harmful UV rays, helping to keep the area below cooler and more comfortable.

Available in a range of neutral frame and roof colours to suit most homes.

To schedule an installation, we recommend that you contact our team as soon as possible. While we strive to provide timely service, please note that we may need to coordinate a few jobs together in order to optimize our resources and scheduling.

Our team will work with you to find the best available timeslot for your installation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this process.

We stand behind the quality of our products. Most items include at least a 12-month warranty, with extended coverage on many collections.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it at no cost.

If a problem arises during the warranty period, we’ll assess it and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Regularly Inspect Your Patio

1. It’s important to visually inspect your patio cover for rust or structural damage, particularly where the patio is joined to the wall. Check the joints and beams for any visible signs of damage.

2. Clear away any removable dirt or debris that has accumulated on the structure. Bird droppings, twigs, and leaves can build up over time so it’s important to remove these regularly.

3. Trim back any sort of greenery that grows on or near your patio cover to prevent issues.

Regularly Clean Your Patio Cover

1. Using a hose or bucket, rinse your patio cover to remove any loose dirt on the surface of the structure.

2. Check the gutters and the roof, and remove any dirt that has built up, before rinsing with clean water.

3. Fill a bucket with warm water and a small amount of mild detergent. Try not to use harsh chemicals when cleaning your patio cover as this can strip away the coating.

4. Use a soft-bristled brush or sponge dipped in the soapy water to gently clean away dirt or grime that has built up on the structure. 

5. Cleanse away the soap using clean water.

6. Using a microfibre cloth or towel, dry the structure of your patio cover. This prevents water spots and streaks being left behind.
