• Handling Heavy or Bulky Items:
  For larger or heavier items, please ensure someone is available at delivery to assist with unloading. Additional delivery assistance can be arranged if required (an extra fee may apply).

  At checkout, select Pickup as your shipping method. Our team will contact you once your order is ready.

• Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

Returns

We offer a full refund (including shipping) under the following conditions:

• Defective Items:
  If a faulty item is found to be defective and cannot be fixed or replaced.
• Incorrect Descriptions:
  If the item does not match its website description.

Refund Timeframe: Once your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. (Bank processing times may vary).

We stand behind the quality of our products. Most items include at least a 12-month warranty, with extended coverage on many collections.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it at no cost.

If a problem arises during the warranty period, we’ll assess it and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Powder coating is resilient, durable, versatile and an attractive finish to aluminium products as it provides protection from abrasion, wear, rust, weathering and fading when exposed to outdoor elements.

Care & Cleaning

A microfibre cloth or sponge should be used to wipe over the surfaces of the furniture. Removing surface water with a drying cloth (like you would use on your car) will help avoid water spots. Avoid using any abrasive cleaning agents or materials, as these could mark the surface of the powder coat.
