Create a more comfortable outdoor space for dining, relaxing or entertaining with the Atlantic Manual Freestanding Louvre Pergola.
Designed for New Zealand outdoor living, the Atlantic lets you adjust the roof throughout the day to suit changing sun, shade and airflow. Simply turn the manual crank to open or angle the aluminium louvres, or close them when you want more shade and overhead shelter from light to moderate rain.
Features:
- Easy Manual Control: Adjust the roof by hand to let in more sunshine, create shade or improve airflow — with no motor, wiring or electrical connection required.
- Strong Aluminium Structure: A strong aluminium frame provides added stability for exposed outdoor areas when correctly installed and secured.
- Low-Maintenance Alternative to Timber: Aluminium construction won’t rot or warp like timber, while the durable powder-coated finish helps resist moisture, weathering and coastal salt air — reducing the ongoing maintenance required over time.
- Discreet Rainwater Drainage: Rainwater is collected through integrated gutters and directed through the posts, avoiding exposed external downpipes and keeping the pergola looking clean and uncluttered.
-
Professional Installation & After-Sales Support: Professional installation is available, with ongoing after-sales support to assist with product use, maintenance and any questions after installation.

Our superior packaging ensures the safe and efficient delivery of every element required to construct your dream Pergola. Every beam, post, and screw is meticulously stored in a well-structured and robust package.
Investing in a pergola enhances your outdoor space's value and aesthetics. Proper care and maintenance ensure its longevity and functionality across all seasons. Below is a comprehensive guide to help you maintain your pergola in optimal condition.
Regular Inspections
· Frequency: Conduct inspections several times a year.
· Structural Check: Examine seams, joints, and tracks for signs of wear, rust, or corrosion. Addressing these issues promptly maintains the structural integrity.
· Motor Maintenance: If your pergola is motorized, ensure the motor remains free from dust and debris to function efficiently.
· Debris Removal: Clear accumulated debris such as twigs and leaves, especially from roof slats, to prevent operational hindrances.
· Vegetation Control: Trim nearby vines and bushes to prevent potential damage to the pergola structure.
Cleaning Procedures
· Initial Rinse: Use a hose or bucket to remove loose dirt from the pergola's surface.
· Gutter and Slat Cleaning: Inspect and clear gutters and roof slats of dirt buildup, then flush with water to ensure thorough cleaning.
· Mild Detergent Wash: Prepare a solution of warm water mixed with a small amount of mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals that can strip protective coatings.
· Gentle Scrubbing: Using a soft-bristled brush or sponge, gently clean the structure following the grain to prevent scratches.
· Thorough Rinse: After cleaning, rinse all soap residues with clean water.
· Drying: Wipe down the pergola with a microfiber cloth or towel to prevent water spots and streaks.
Cleaning Frequency Based on Environment
· Urban Areas: Clean every three months.
· Rural Areas: Clean every six months.
· Industrial and Marine Environments (within 1 km of the sea): Perform monthly cold-water washes and biannual warm water with detergent washes.
Accessory Maintenance
· Privacy Screens: Wipe visible dirt with a damp sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals to prevent material damage. Allow to air dry after cleaning.
· Shutter, Slatted, or Patterned Walls: Clean with warm soapy water and a cloth, rinse with clean water, and let air dry.
· Glass Walls and Doors: Use a glass cleaner and microfiber cloth to remove marks and dirt.
· Sliding Doors: Regularly inspect tracks to prevent dust and dirt buildup; use a handheld vacuum if necessary.
Retractable Shade Blinds Usage
· Storage Position: Keep retractable shade blinds open when not in use.
· Wind Protection: Leaving blinds down during high winds can cause damage, which may not be covered under repair warranties.
By adhering to these maintenance practices, your pergola will remain in excellent condition, providing lasting value and enjoyment to your outdoor space.
