Living Culture will replace your product if it is found to be “dead on arrival” (DOA) at our cost.
If you change your mind after the payment is confirmed, we will issue a store credit (lessany shipping and handling fees) and the item can be returned to us at your cost. Items must be returned in "as new" condition with all packaging and accessories (including manuals).

This enclosure makes a fantastic outdoor space, giving my furry friend some fresh air. Setting it up solo was a breeze, though an extra set of hands was helpful for the mesh part. It's sturdy and secure, providing peace of mind. My pet loves lounging and birdwatching in his new outdoor space. It's a great addition to any cat or dog lover's home.
I really like the light I added on top. It matches the black cage and looks really classy. 😍😍The plastic coating completely solved my concerns about rusting. I was really afraid that my pet would chew on anything rusty.
It took us two hours to install it, which was easier than I thought. During this time, my pet was very curious about it and kept watching. Overall, I recommend this product
Bought this to use as a Catio and it works really well my kitten loves it. However if you are buying it for a kitten, it is best to choose a fence with small holes to prevent the cat from escaping. Very happy with purchase!!

We are extremely impressed with this dog cage, but funnily enough we have bought it to use as a catio.
We are in the process of moving and wanted something safe and secure for "Her Magisty", the cat while she is settling in ti her new environment.
The construction of said dog/cat cage is extremely impressive and it was relatively easy to put together.
I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to purchase one of these cages to do so.
