  For larger or heavier items, please ensure someone is available at delivery to assist with unloading. Additional delivery assistance can be arranged if required (an extra fee may apply).

We stand behind the quality of our products. Most items include at least a 12-month warranty, with extended coverage on many collections.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it at no cost.

If a problem arises during the warranty period, we’ll assess it and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Sunbrella Fabric

Sunbrella fabrics have been tested thoroughly and are designed with the latest fabric innovations. They are water, mould, and mildew-resistant, easy to clean, UV-stabilised, and have high fade resistance.

Care & Cleaning

1. Prepare a solution of 1 cup of bleach and 1/4 cup of mild soap per gallon of water.​

2. Spray the solution on the entire area and allow it to soak into the fabric for 15 minutes.​

3. Clean the surface with a sponge, clean towel, or very soft-bristle brush.​

4. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.​

5. Allow the fabric to air dry.​

By following these care guidelines, you can maintain the appearance and longevity of your Sunbrella fabrics.
