Generally all products at Living Culture have at least a 12 month warranty. You can check the warranty information of each item in the product description. Contact us within the warranty period if you encounter any problems associated with the product.

Living Culture will replace your product if it is found to be “dead on arrival” (DOA) at our cost.

If you change your mind after the payment is confirmed, we will issue a store credit (lessany shipping and handling fees) and the item can be returned to us at your cost. Items must be returned in "as new" condition with all packaging and accessories (including manuals).

If your item is faulty, please contact us within the warrant period and we will assess your claim on a case-by-case basis and offer a replacement, full refund or store credit.

Characteristics

• ELEMENTI HOME furniture made with GFRC is handcrafted using a customised concrete blend and sealed with a proprietary method.

• Subtle variations in colour and minor pores may occur due to the natural properties of concrete, making each piece unique.

• Over time, exposure to outdoor conditions may cause fading and non-structural hairline cracks, which do not affect the table's structural integrity.

Recommendations

• Avoid sliding objects across the table surface to prevent scratches or damage.

• Keep acidic substances away (e.g., citrus, olive oil) as they can damage the sealant.

• Do not place hot items directly on the surface. Always use a trivet or coaster.

• Clean spills immediately (e.g., coffee, juice, wine) to prevent stains.

Maintenance and Cleaning

  • White concrete furniture has a water-based paint layer that can age over time. Indoor or covered outdoor use is recommended.

• Cleaning the Tabletop

  • Wipe up spills immediately to prevent absorption and permanent stains.

  • Use a dry, clean cloth to soak up liquids instead of spreading them.

  • Cleaning Steps:

    1. Mix mild detergent with warm water.

    2. Use a soft cloth or sponge to gently clean dirt and stains.

    3. Wipe off soap residue with a damp cloth.

    4. Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth to prevent watermarks.

  • Regular cleaning extends the product's service life.

  • Do not use sharp objects on the surface to prevent scratches.

  • Do not place food directly on the surface—always use a plate.

  • Use a dust cover to protect the furniture from rain and debris when not in use.

  • Store indoors during winter.

  • Do not expose the furniture to extreme cold, as it may cause cracking.

• Using a Water-Based Sealing Agent

  • Outdoor furniture should be maintained every six months for longevity.

  • Ensure the surface is dust-free before application.

  • Use a soft cloth to apply the sealant evenly.

  • Allow the surface to dry completely before wiping off any residue.
