This 50 m electric fence netting stands 126 cm high and includes 13 horizontal polywires with 14 integrated posts that simply push into the ground. To create a larger enclosure, just connect an additional 50 m roll.
The bright, visible netting is ideal for temporary grazing or herding goats, pigs, deer and other farmyard animals. Pair it with a suitable electric fence energiser, such as a solar-powered unit, to create a secure enclosed area almost anywhere on your property.
Training larger livestock
Before relying on any electric fence for larger, faster-moving animals, it’s best to provide shock-training. Because of their weight, speed and impact, untrained animals may damage the netting or break posts if they rush the fence.Set up a smaller training area with strong posts and a secure electric fence first. This allows animals to safely experience the shock, develop a shared “herd memory”, and learn to respect the fence line. Always follow local regulations and the energiser manufacturer’s safety instructions.
