If you change your mind after the payment is confirmed, we will issue a store credit (lessany shipping and handling fees) and the item can be returned to us at your cost. Items must be returned in "as new" condition with all packaging and accessories (including manuals).

For our strongest models, like the Tasman and Matiatia, they are designed to be waterproof and can withstand extreme weather conditions. When the louvers are in a closed position, the rainwater is efficiently channelled away through the built-in high-volume gutter and downspouts, ensuring no leakage.

For our other models, while they might not be completely waterproof, they are designed to effectively divert rainfall. This guarantees a dry and comfortable space beneath the pergola even during rainy weather.
