- Height should be at least 1.8 m to prevent jumping out; adding a roof improves security and weather protection. Our product stands at 2.3 m high, providing extra safety and comfort for dogs of all sizes.
Yes, two people can assemble it in about 1–1.5 hours.
Laying the mesh flat and straightening it before installation will make the process smoother. If any part of the mesh looks uneven, simply twist and adjust the wire sections to align it before fixing it to the frame.
To ensure safety and stability, make sure the wire mesh is pulled tight and securely fastened during assembly. Loose mesh can increase tension and create gaps that may allow dogs to escape.

- Items will replace your product if it is found to be “dead on arrival” (DOA) at our cost.
- If you change your mind after the payment is confirmed, we will issue a store credit (lessany shipping and handling fees) and the item can be returned to us at your cost. Items must be returned in "as new" condition with all packaging and accessories (including manuals).
