Motor Learning Code Instructions:
Entering Learning Mode:
Press and hold the motor button for 3 seconds.
The indicator light will flash slowly, indicating that the motor has entered the learning code state.
Learning with Rain Sensor:
Press the rain sensor for 5 seconds.
When the motor indicator light stops flashing, the learning code process is successful.
Power Cycle Requirement:
After each use, power off the system for 30 seconds.
Ensure the power supply is connected to the motor.
Operate the sensor within 30 seconds of powering on, then power off for 30 seconds before the next operation.
Additional Learning Code Steps for Linear Actuator:
After powering off for 30 seconds, power on the system.
Press the remote control's "stop" button for 5 seconds.
The motor indicator light will flash slowly, indicating the learning code is successful.

Note: It is crucial to follow the power cycle instructions precisely to ensure the correct functioning of the motor and rain sensor.

Generally all products at Living Culture have at least a 12 month warranty. You can check the warranty information of each item in the product description. Contact us within the warranty period if you encounter any problems associated with the product.

Living Culture will replace your product if it is found to be “dead on arrival” (DOA) at our cost.

If you change your mind after the payment is confirmed, we will issue a store credit (lessany shipping and handling fees) and the item can be returned to us at your cost. Items must be returned in "as new" condition with all packaging and accessories (including manuals).

If your item is faulty, please contact us within the warrant period and we will assess your claim on a case-by-case basis and offer a replacement, full refund or store credit.
