FAQs - Carport Kits

Our carport kits are designed for easy assembly with common household tools. You'll need:

  • A drill with bits
  • A ladder
  • A level
  • A tape measure
  • Adjustable wrenches
  • Screwdrivers

We provide all necessary hardware and detailed instructions in the kit.

Assembly time varies based on the size of the carport and your DIY experience. On average:

  • Single carport: 4-6 hours
  • Double carport: 6-8 hours

We recommend having a helper for safety and efficiency.

You can install our carports on:

  • Concrete slabs (using provided base plates)
  • Asphalt (with proper anchoring)
  • Grass or soil (by embedding the posts)

Ensure the surface is level and can support the structure's weight.

Maintenance is minimal:

  • Regularly clear debris from the roof to prevent water buildup
  • Clean the polycarbonate panels with mild soap and water annually
  • Check and tighten any loose bolts or screws
  • Inspect for any damage after severe weather events

Our carports are engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 90 km/h (56 mph) when properly installed.
