REDEEMĀ POINTS

1. Click the "Living Culture Points" in the bottom left corner.

2. Click on "Rewards" tab. Here youā€™ll see all the rewards we offer.

3. When you have enough points to redeem there will be a button next to the discount that says "Redeem."

4. Clicking the redeem button will generate a coupon code that will be applied at checkout to your next order!

POINTS STATUS

Approved:These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately

Pending:These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals

Cancelled:These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
